The classes were hosted by Diane Featherstone through Frog Pond Yoga Centre at Princeton, MA.  The classes met on Sundays at Princeton Community Center in the town.  Leo Rousseau took all the videos and was a source of support.  John Featherstone reviewed some of the class notes and also helped compile the student and other information related to High-Tech Yoga Institute.  Anne Goewey has edited the class notes to help them to be compiled in a book.

I am personally grateful to late Yogi Shyamlal Khanna who let me experience the yoga channeling through real time speaking.  I had the privilege of discussing many of the ideas through the congregations organized by Dr. V. S. Rao, our beloved teacher.  Swami Sarvagatananda guided me to gain competence in Sanskrit.  I acknowledge my first teacher in yoga in my late uncle Sri Debendra Nath Kar, who taught me the science in everyday life.
